Free Societies
We live in a free society deeply rooted in the rule of law. I know for as long as I live I will utter many words, but none of them could relate to the magnitude of Ammendment 1: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a
redress of grievances." I am now in the process of producing my own ammendments/proposals for consideration to whom it may concern.
PROPOSAL 1
In a free society, there should be no room for the presence or formation of a secret society nor should such societies bear influence on the national debate, lest they impair the security of the union. If such societies choose to engage in secretive methodologies, the rule of law must constrict its power, lest the union subject itself to anarchy.
PROPOSAL 2
In a free society, the freedom of the press must be protected and the security of the public must be protected from the press. The press may be subject to legal actions by the people if unequal promotions of ideologies are conceptualized and continuosuly reaffirmed.
PROPOSAL 3
In a free society, media conglomerates may be subject to public legal actions if promotions of singular ideologies infringe the public debate.
PROPOSAL 4
In a free society, the press must be held accountable on its immunity. Ideological representation of such members of the press must withold itself from political campaigns and remain objective. If found to be outlets for ideologies, the people reserve a legal right to seek legal actions against such members of the press.
PROPOSAL 5
In a free society, The federal Government must never withold an individual right of its citizens to choose.
